Bangladesh grows only a small anount of cotton, it imports from over 40 countries with India and Uzbekistan making up the majority of the volume.
Worth Noting! Nearly 80 percent of garments made in Bangladesh are sourced from Cotton. Bangladesh has over 400 spinning mills, 800 weaving mills and over 7000 garment factories.
